Cardiovascular Exercise!

Cardio routines are excellent fat burners and, when combined with the right diet, are the single best way of trimming away unwanted body fat. You need to keep up your workout for at least 30 minutes a time, and be doing it for 4-5 days a week to get the benefit.

Cardio exercises are any routines that get your heart rate up, but the best of all is jogging. A 30 jogging session will burn around 400 calories away.

Do that 5 days a week and it adds up to 2000 calories!

Be persistent and it will soon start to have a noticeable effect on your love handles.
