So one of the things that can cause extreme tiredness and you know that feeling exhausted is literally just drinking more water and stay hydrated again, it sounds simple but you know you are only drinking one or two glasses of water a day and you are wondering why so exhausted and tired and has dry lips and yellow pee and maybe it’s because you are not drinking enough water.

So there’s five things can can do to prevent a major crash it sounds really simple so obviously get better sleep get better rest elevate your legs you know do some meditation, do some relaxation listen to your favorite music or do something a hobby that actually you enjoy, The third thing you should do is obviously stop any strenuous exercise or things that are going on in your life that you just need a break, If you have got a cold or a flu or anything on top of what’s going on like we have Becky at the moment who’s just commented saying that she’s got a cold or a mild cold you know this would be a time to probably not push it hard with any exercise or work or you know physical or mental strains yeah obviously like i said before water is really important hydration so drinking lots of water regularly don’t just gulp it all at once but you are mostly dehydrated in the mornings when you wake up because your body has used it all in the yeah so we have just fasted for 12 to 14 hours sometimes 16 hours for some people who eat earlier in the night so your body has to spend fasting with no water or food in the morning that’s when you want to rehydrate and then refuel with good nutrition. These are just basic things that you can it can make a massive impact and really help prevent crashes and keep you stable consistent and moving forwards.
